About Us Fairy Food Products P. Ltd., having its registered office in Bangalore, commenced its operation in 1984 as a manufacturer and supplier of Mango Pulp and other Fruit Pulp. Their
factory is situated at Doddaballapur, 30 km. away from Bangalore city.
Fairy Foods has got his own factory situated in Mulbagal and three
factories in Chitur out of which one factory is equipt with aseptic
packing Fairy Food Products is an associate concern of Iman Fruit
Company with own raw material supply, which delivers high quality
Mangoes to most of the food processing industries
in India.
Mr.
Syed Mateen Aga, Chairman and Managing Director, with his vast
experience of more than 4 decades, utilizes his ability to process and
export high quality Mango Pulp and Fruit Pulp abroad. We started our
own export during 1995 with small quantity of 5 containers of mango
pulp to Saudi Arabia. Since then, we have been providing premium
quality supply and services to our buyers. Today, we have become one of
the leading manufacturers and exporters in India.

under ISO 9001:2000 by ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB),
U.S.A. and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)

big or small, with zero-defect products as well as prompt services. Our
company exports to Gulf and European countries, Canada, Russia, Japan,
Malaysia, etc. and are one of the foreign exchange owners to our Nation.

Quality Our quality inspection process covers various activities like the receipt of raw material, washing of fruits, batch standardization, pasteurization, can filling, reforming, retorting, cooling, cut out analysis and packing. These are conducted by qualified professionals including raw material supervisors, Q.C. chemists, reforming supervisors, retort operators, chemists and packing supervisors.
Several quality checks are also conducted by our acumen experts such as visual inspection chemical test for water quality, hypo chlorite, time and temperature. Other quality checks, which vary from product to product, and material to material are enumerated below:-
- Fresh Fruits: Physichemical analysis, visual inspection, sorting immature and spoiled fruits
- Ingredients like Sugar, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid: physichochemical analysis, pack integrity, taste of material, visual inspection
- Packing Materials like Cans, Cartons and Labels: Physichochemical analysis, quantity of material, visual inspection of random samples, pack integrity
- Pulp or Juice: Brix, acidity, PH, brown and black, specs
- Cans: Flance height, seam quality, beading pressure
- Pulp and Can Quality: Chemical and sensory tests.
